Introducing SGAssist
A community platform that outsources nearby volunteer
SGAssist is a digital platform that connects volunteers and people who are finding help in real-time using artificial intelligence technology via mobile apps.
The app has two modes “Volunteer” and “User”, so once registered successfully, you can request for help or assisting others who are in need. Users can use stars to express gratitude to the volunteers aka Kampung Heroes. While Volunteers can use the stars to reward themself in SGAssist's curated marketplace.

To serve on-demand help requests, the app scans for volunteers nearby that have the neccesary skills to match. Volunteers will be notified to accept the help request. Once a match is made, Volunteer and User could chat or video call with each other. SGAssist is unique in the aspect that an User can switch mode anytime and becomes a Volunteer.
